Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cutepetx.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly replace or refund your order.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they may already be in process.

Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Yes! We offer 30-day returns for unused items in their original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for more info.
