Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at support@cutepetx.com with your order number and reason for return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
